do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery to private residences and business locations within the city of Chicago for a $10 flat fee, and to suburbs within 30 miles of downtown for a $25 flat fee. We do not deliver to parks or other public areas. When placing your order, please be sure to select your delivery location from the “Add Ons” list. If you do not select delivery, we will assume your order is for pickup in Lincoln Park.
what will my board look like upon arrival?
All boards (small, medium and large) are delivered tightly wrapped in plastic. Boards will stay fresh for up to 3 days and should be kept refrigerated until you’re ready to enjoy. We suggest taking your board out of the fridge at least 30 minutes prior to enjoying - cheese is best at room temperature! Seasonal boxes are prepared in a disposable brown Kraft box. All items delivered in a board or box are freshly washed, cut and prepared ready to eat.
Grazing tables are assembled on-site.
do you accept custom orders?
Yes! Hosting a party and wanting an all Italian board or an Oktoberfest theme? Select “custom” on the order form and give us all the deets! Most custom orders will incur a $25-50+ fee on top of the standard board pricing.
how far in advance do i need to place my order?
To guarantee availability, orders are accepted up to 36 hours prior to your order date. All custom orders require 1 week to prepare and we suggest at least 2 week’s notice for grazing tables. We do not fulfill same day or overnight orders. If you do need something last minute, please always send us an email to see if we can accommodate you.
what form of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major debit/credit cards through Square and PayPal. Invoices for custom orders and grazing tables will also come through Square. Orders are not finalized until payment has been submitted.
